How do I personalise an item?
Select your chosen bottle or mug and add it to the basket. The select a design from the design tab, when adding a design to your basket add a brief description of the design required. Here you can also add any name required - please ensure to check for spellings as refunds cannot be given if you make a mistake on your order. To discuss any name or font required please get in touch via email.
How will my bottle be packaged?
All orders will be sent in individual plain white boxes, ideal for wrapping as gifts.
What are shipping options?
All orders can be sent via first class post for a fee of £3.95 or delivery can be arranged within the Surrey Heath area. All items will be produced and dispatched within 7 working days.
What is the refund/exchange policy?
Due to the items being personalised we are not able to accept and refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty/damaged upon delivery.

We do not accept any responsibility for accidental damaged once received by the customer. The bottles are all stainless steel however lids are made of plastic parts and may be damaged if dropped so please take care of your items.
How do you take care of the bottles?
The bottles are stainless steel and mugs ceramic. We recommend washing the bottles in warm soapy water for best results and longevity of the design, please avoid extreme heat. The mugs are dishwasher and microwaveable.
